Alternatively, you can book by post, using the attached form.
If using this method, please make your remittance payable to 23 Atholl
Crescent Ltd (pound sterling cheques or bankers’ drafts only,
please).
The delegate fee does NOT include accommodation or Conference tours. These can be booked separately through the relevant pages of the website.
The full delegate rate includes all Conference sessions, the opening and closing dinners, the reception at the National Gallery of Scotland, the reception at Mansfield Traquair, lunch and tea and coffee during the Conference.
Delegate rates:
Full Conference (including all Conference sessions and functions)
For bookings received by 15th May 2008 - £300.00
For bookings received on or after 16th May 2008 - £330.00
If you are unable to attend the whole Conference, it is possible to book individual events separately either online or on the postal booking form.
Notes re terms and conditions:
Full remittance must be received with booking
Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first come first served basis.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by 15th July 2008
75% refunds will be given for cancellations received from 16th July to
15th August 2008.
No refunds will be given for cancellations received from 16th August
2008. |
