Accommodation during the World Members’ Conference is NOT included in the delegate fee.
Accommodation during the World Members’ Conference is
organised by the Edinburgh Convention Bureau and can be booked online. A range of hotels around the centre of Edinburgh and the main venue is available.
If you would like to arrive before Sunday 14th September or stay on
after Friday 19th September then please contact the
Edinburgh Convention Bureau or telephone +44–131–473 3874 after you have first booked your hotel rooms on the website and they will arrange accommodation for any additional nights.
If you would prefer accommodation in a Bed & Breakfast, Guest House or hostel,
please contact ESU Scotland for more details.
There are also three clubs in Edinburgh that offer accommodation: the New Club, the Royal Over-Seas League and the Royal Scots Club. Please contact these directly to enquire about reciprocal arrangements and tariffs.
